FAENA is seeking a bartender/serving position to craft beverages and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will maintain bar stock, handle orders, operate the POS system and ensure compliance with liquor regulations.

The role requires attentive service, upselling techniques, and hospitality excellence within a high-end environment. Candidates should be prepared for a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be capable of maintaining cleanliness and precise service across bar

Qualificações

• Experience in beverage/service roles within hospitality.
• Ability to maintain composure and guest relations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bar operations and serving standards.

Responsabilidades

• Take orders and prepare/serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Faena specifications.
• Maintain stock, supplies and cleanliness of bar and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and safety standards.
• Provide club service for designated beverages and serve drinks to guests.
• Input orders into system and document when system is down.
• Prepare drinks and garnishes, stock glassware and supplies.
• Complete closing reports in the POS system and manage cash/till.
