Job summary

Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, part of LVMH, seeks a Bartender for Bar Baratta 16 for the 2027 season. You will prepare a range of drinks, interact with guests, maintain bar stock, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Reports to the Bar Manager and works within a seasonal Labour contract under the CNLL turismo framework. Candidates should demonstrate hospitality passion, superb service, and a readiness to contribute to a premier guest experience at Belmond.

Qualifications

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner and take orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Stay informed on current drink trends and classic cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill bar operations, assist with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning.
• Welcome guests, build rapport, handle requests and inquiries.
• Plan, organize and control bar operations.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replacements as needed.
• Supervise bar staff and assist in replenishment.
• Report equipment issues to Bar Manager and suggest improvements.
