Job summary

PCH Hotels & Resorts Inc. is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional service in our hotel outlets. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, greet guests by name, and ensure a warm, memorable bar experience across our bar, pool, and restaurant areas.

You will check IDs, maintain stock, suggest pairings, and participate in daily briefings while upholding all safety and regulatory standards. This is a guest-focused hospitality role within a prestigious Marriott-affiliated property.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or hospitality settings.
• Ability to deliver outstanding guest service and engage guests warmly.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wide range of cocktails and beverages with accurate recipes.
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
• Maintain organized bar inventory and supplies for smooth service.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and serve drinks promptly.
• Recommend food and drink pairings and daily specials.
• Support daily stand-up briefings on specials and promos.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and ABC alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and report gratuities.
