Job summary

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is seeking a Banquet Server to support all banquet and banquet-related food and beverage operations. This role upholds the luxury standard and requires discretion and professionalism.

You will serve food and beverages, assist with transporting equipment, maintain sanitation, and coordinate with the Banquet Captain, Director of Banquets, and Executive Chef to ensure flawless events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a banquets environment is helpful.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• TABC certificate and Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages at banquets in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
• Assist with transporting food, equipment, and supplies for events.
• Maintain sanitation and adherence to safety guidelines during functions.
• Coordinate with Banquet Captain/Director of Banquets/Executive Chef to ensure flawless events.
