Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at weddings, conferences, and private events with warmth and professional courtesy. In this role you will present menus with knowledge, coordinate with Banquets and Culinary teams, and assist with setup and breakdown to ensure flawless event execution in a luxury Hawaii resort environment.

A minimum of one year of food service experience is preferred and eligibility to work in Hawaii is

Qualifications

• One year of food service or related hospitality experience.
• Ability to carry and balance serving trays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service during weddings, conferences, social events, and private functions throughout the resort.
• Present menu selections with confidence, sharing knowledge about ingredients and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest requests and dietary needs to culinary and banquet teams to ensure seamless dining.
• Deliver food and beverage items efficiently while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet events, including linens and décor.
• Maintain clean, organized event spaces before, during, and after functions.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Stewarding, and Resort teams for flawless execution.
