Qualifications

At least 1 year of server experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must be highly detail-orientated.
Must be able to adhere to timelines in the completion of set-ups.
Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to understand preferences.
Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
Actively listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
Set tables according to event type and service standards.
Record transactions in the system and process payments including gratuity.
Follow alcohol service procedures and safety policies.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and communicate kitchen needs.
Complete closing duties and secure equipment and spaces.
