Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple events and complex banquet programs simultaneously.

• Coordinate with banquet leadership and culinary teams for event execution.
• Conduct preshift meetings and ensure team preparedness.
• Mentor servers, bartenders, and other staff to maintain luxury standards.
• Ensure accurate billing, consumption, and event reports.
• Identify operational gaps and implement real-time solutions.
• Serve as point of contact for service challenges or guest concerns.
• Uphold professionalism, urgency, and accountability across the team.
