The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record in banquet service within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel banquet operations and event services.
• Strong leadership and guest-relations skills.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Operations of the Events Department and banquet team.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, CS, and Beverage for events.
• Review Banquet Event Orders to ensure set-up aligns with standards.
• Monitor staffing, equipment, and costs to meet budgets.
• Lead and develop banquet captains, servers, and attendants.
