Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of progressive culinary leadership in banquet operations or similar high-volume settings.
• Experience as a Banquet Chef or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banquet production, event execution, and menu planning.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop culinary colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with kitchen operations, scheduling, inventory, and food cost controls.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, preparation, and execution of banquet menus and events.
• Coordinate banquet preparation, cooking, plating, service, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with senior culinary and sales leadership to execute events.
• Assist with tastings, menu presentations, and event planning.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service timing.
• Support other outlets as needed and promote teamwork.
