Job summary

Renaissance Mobile Riverview & Battle House Hotel & Spa in Mobile, AL seeks a bartender to craft cocktails and beverages across our bar, pool, and restaurant outlets. You will greet guests, check IDs, and deliver an engaging bar experience with a warm, personalized touch.

You will maintain inventory, follow ABC regulations, participate in daily stand-up meetings, and promote daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction and drive beverage sales.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels at the bar.
• Follow Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) rules and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and beverages with accuracy and presentation.
• Serve wine, beer, and other drinks to guests.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Take orders, enter them, and ensure timely delivery to tables and outlets.
• Engage with guests to understand preferences and make recommendations.
• Promote daily specials and highlight unique offerings.
• Ensure accurate reporting of tips as per policy.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings to stay informed about promotions and updates.
