Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accurate recipes and proper presentation.
• Serve wine, beer, and other beverages, checking IDs for legal age.
• Maintain a well-organized bar inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks promptly.
• Evaluate guest preferences to provide personalized recommendations for food and drinks.
• Promote daily specials and unique offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Participate in daily stand‑up meetings to stay informed about specials and updates.
• Handle orders and requisitions of liquors and supplies for a well-stocked bar.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks and maintain attractive presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, including nightly surface cleaning and floor care.
• Take out trash as needed during night shifts to keep workspace organized.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and identify discrepancies.
• Report gratuities in accordance with company guidelines and federal law.
• Observe ABC board requirements and regulations for alcohol service.
