Job summary

Battle House Hotel and Spa is seeking a Bartender/Server for full-time AM/PM shifts in Mobile, AL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service at the hotel’s Bar, Pool, and Restaurant outlets, preparing a variety of cocktails and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will greet guests, verify age where required, maintain bar inventory, and participate in daily stand-up briefings about specials and promotions. Marriott-affiliated property offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in bar/food service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accurate recipes and proper presentation.
• Serve wine, draught or bottled beer, and other beverages, checking IDs for legal drinking age.
• Maintain a well-organized bar inventory and ensure adequate stock for operations.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks promptly.
• Evaluate guest preferences to provide personalized drink and food recommendations.
• Promote daily specials and unique offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and safety guidelines.
