Job summary

Mauna Lani is seeking a Banquet Bartender to professionally prepare, mix, and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests, including service from a cart when necessary, in a vibrant luxury resort setting on the Kohala Coast.

The successful candidate will bring drink-knowledge excellence, prior bartender experience preferred, thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and be able to maintain welcoming, consistent service. TB clearance and high school education preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and ability. High school education preferred.
• Experience: Related hospitality experience preferred.
• Other: Ability to obtain tuberculosis clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks for guests, including service from a cart when necessary.
• Provide energetic, welcoming, and consistent service in a luxury resort setting.
• Maintain knowledge of drink menu and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
