Fields Motor Cars of Bellevue is seeking high-integrity, positive-minded service technicians to join our luxury dealership team. You will support Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, and McLaren brands with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have experience with manufacturer diagnostic equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work across multiple high-end brands.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical concerns using a systematic approach.
• Proficiency with manufacturer diagnostic gear, wiring diagrams and service information.
• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, and McLaren vehicles per manufacturer procedures.
• Use structured diagnostic procedures to verify concerns, isolate faults, and determine the appropriate repair.
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation with diagnostic steps and results.
• Follow repair procedures, inspection checklists, and quality-control processes; verify repairs via tests.
• Coordinate with shop management to support workload across brands and communicate delays.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and vehicle protection; participate in manufacturer training.
• Develop technical knowledge and certifications to support dealership brands.
