Fields Motor Cars of Bellevue seeks skilled technicians to diagnose and repair luxury vehicles across Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, and McLaren brands. You will follow structured procedures, document findings, and communicate needs to advisors.

The role requires independence, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality. You will participate in ongoing manufacturer training and aim to uphold the dealership's premium service standards while maintaining a safe and organized shop

Qualifications

• BMW/MINI dealership experience preferred.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical/electrical concerns systematically.
• Proficient with manufacturer diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, service information, and programming procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Willingness to train across luxury brands and complete manufacturer training.
• Excellent written communication, organization, and time-management.
• Ability to work independently and with advisors and management.
• Certifications such as ASE or manufacturer credentials preferred; EV training is a plus.
• Experience with Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley, Rolls-Royce is welcome but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, and McLaren vehicles per manufacturer procedures and standards.
• Use diagnostic procedures to verify concerns, isolate faults, and select repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical/ECU concerns using OEM tools, wiring diagrams, and service information.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections; clearly communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors.
• Maintain repair order documentation with steps, tests, faults, and warranty info.
• Follow repair procedures, checklists, and QC processes; verify repairs with tests/road tests.
• Coordinate with shop management to balance workload across brands and meet timelines.
• Maintain workmanship, vehicle protection, safety, tools, and shop cleanliness.
• Participate in manufacturer training to develop skills for the dealership brands.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, and McLaren vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards.
• Use structured diagnostic procedures to verify concerns, isolate faults, and determine the appropriate repair.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and vehicle communication network concerns using manufacturer diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, and technical service information.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and clearly communicate findings, recommended repairs, and additional diagnostic requirements to service advisors and shop management.
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation, including diagnostic steps, test results, identified faults, corrective actions, and supporting information for warranty claims.
• Follow established repair procedures, inspection checklists, and quality-control processes. Verify completed repairs through functional testing and road tests, as appropriate.
• Coordinate with shop management and dispatch to support workload across all four brands, meet agreed-upon completion times, and promptly communicate delays or additional needs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, vehicle protection, safety, tool organization, and shop cleanliness.
• Participate in manufacturer training and develop the technical knowledge and certifications necessary to support the dealership's brands.

Qualifications

• BMW or MINI dealership technician experience strongly preferred. Candidates with strong diagnostic experience at other European automotive brands will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical concerns using a systematic, evidence-based approach.
• Proficiency with manufacturer diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, technical service information, and vehicle programming procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, consistent adherence to established processes, and a commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time.
• Willingness to regularly work across multiple luxury and exotic brands and complete the manufacturer training needed to develop proficiency.
• Strong written documentation, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned repairs, and collaborate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and shop management.
• Manufacturer certifications or ASE certifications preferred. High-voltage and electric-vehicle training is a plus.
• Previous Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley, or Rolls-Royce experience is welcome but not required.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets dealership requirements.
