Fields Auto Group seeks skilled automotive technicians to service Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley and McLaren in Bellevue. You will diagnose complex issues, perform high-end repairs, document findings, and ensure warranty documentation is complete.

The role emphasizes precision, cross-brand capability, and ongoing manufacturer training within a family-owned dealership environment in the Seattle area.

Qualifications

• BMW or MINI dealership technician experience strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic experience with European luxury brands.
• Proficiency with manufacturer diagnostic equipment and wiring diagrams.
• Attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Willingness to work across multiple luxury brands and complete manufacturer training.
• Strong written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Manufacturer certifications or ASE certifications preferred; high-voltage / EV training a plus.
• Experience with Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley, or Rolls-Royce is welcome but not required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting dealership requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, and McLaren vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards.
• Use structured diagnostic procedures to verify concerns, isolate faults, and determine the appropriate repair.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and vehicle communication network concerns using manufacturer diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, and technical service information.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and clearly communicate findings, recommended repairs, and additional diagnostic requirements to service advisors and shop management.
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation, including diagnostic steps, test results, identified faults, corrective actions, and supporting information for warranty claims.
• Follow established repair procedures, inspection checklists, and quality-control processes. Verify completed repairs through functional testing and road tests, as appropriate.
• Coordinate with shop management and dispatch to support workload across all four brands, meet agreed-upon completion times, and promptly communicate delays or additional needs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, vehicle protection, safety, tool organization, and shop cleanliness.
• Participate in manufacturer training and develop the technical knowledge and certifications necessary to support the dealership's brands.
