Qualifications

• Maintain thorough repair orders with steps, results, and warranty information.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across luxury brands in accordance with dealer standards.
• Use diagnostic procedures to verify concerns and isolate faults.
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs to service advisors and managers.
• Maintain repair documentation including test results and warranty information.
• Support workload across brands and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
