Marin Luxury Cars LLC is seeking sales representatives with a passion for luxury vehicles to join our team in Marin County, CA. Top reps can earn over $200,000 annually through a competitive commission structure and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will engage with customers, provide product information, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. A valid in-state driver's license and automotive sales experience are preferred. This full-time position may require traveling to other locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in an automotive luxury sales role preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in an automotive Luxury sales role preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with all customers.
• Assist customers in making an informed purchasing decision by providing detailed product information including features and specifications.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the unique features and benefits of different models.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new vehicle models and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and ask for referrals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress, follow up – video correspondence.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer; maintain the highest levels of CSI (client satisfaction index).

This position is headquartered in Marin County CA. This position may require traveling to other locations as required.

Salary / Pay: $60,000 - $100,000/Annually
