Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2 years related experience, or equivalent.
- Lamborghini or luxury/high-end vehicle experience required.
- 3+ years automotive technician experience preferred.
- Customer-satisfaction oriented and energetic team player.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders per standards.
- Operate dealership-owned and customer-owned vehicles safely.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles reliably to maintain customer trust.
- Communicate with parts department for needed parts.
- Document work performed and recommendations.
- Road test vehicles and participate in training.
- Keep the shop neat and maintain tools.
- Comply with safety regulations and hazardous materials handling.
