Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required.
• Toyota / Lexus experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Able to learn new technology and operate diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency as per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about necessary additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
