Job summary

Fields Lexus Glenview is seeking a skilled automotive technician to join our luxury-oriented service team. You will service vehicles, diagnose issues with advanced tools, and perform repairs to exacting dealership standards while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of repair experience, Lexus/Toyota familiarity is a plus, and strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of automotive repair experience.
Toyota/Lexus experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic computer skills.
Positive, friendly attitude with a customer-service mentality.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being a team player.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to learn new technology and operate diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform repair work on service orders efficiently and per dealership standards.
Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.).
Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and time estimates.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
