Fields LexusGlenview is seeking a skilled automotive technician to join our team and deliver a luxury service experience. You will diagnose, repair, and test essential vehicle systems, communicating clearly with the Service Advisor about needed work and time estimates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required.
• Toyota / Lexus experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on the repair order efficiently per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, A/C, etc.).
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

PAY: 29.00 - 49.60 DOE
