Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our Jaguar Land Rover of Riverside team. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, luxury-brand environment.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles while delivering exceptional customer care. Requirements include 1-2 years of service tech experience, completion of technical training, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Service Technician experience.
• Experience with Jaguar and/or Land Rover service preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program.

Responsibilities

• Receive service/repair orders from dispatcher or advisor.
• Perform diagnostics and report required work for authorization.
• Review vehicle history and factory bulletins affecting the repair.
• Record notes and parts needed; coordinate with parts department.
• Complete authorized repairs and document outcomes.
• If needed, conduct test drives and restore vehicle condition.
• Keep work area and tools clean and organized.
• Maintain safety guidelines and training records.
