With 5+ years in automotive service or sales and bilingual communication skills, you will upsell value-added services while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in position of Service Advisor or similar in automotive industry.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese or other language).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and gathers client and vehicle data.
• Greets clients professionally and documents vehicle information.
• Provides complete written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Recommends additional needed services based on history and inspection.
• Ensures RO is signed and client receives a copy; manages payment method and approvals.
• Maintains CSI scores and promotes value-delivered services over discounts.
