Job summary

Audi North Austin is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team of professionals. You will work closely with customers on servicing and maintenance, write repair orders for both used and new vehicles, and coordinate with the Used Car department on parts and follow-ups.

Ideal candidates have luxury dealership experience, Reynolds system knowledge, and strong communication skills. This on-site role emphasizes reliability, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a luxury dealership preferred.
• Reynolds system experience required.
• Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts.
• Possess mechanical and auto parts knowledge.
• Ability to understand sales training and new product information.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Punctual, reliable and must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with customers regarding the servicing/maintenance of their vehicles.
• Write repair orders for Used Vehicles.
• Write repair orders for New Vehicles.
• Update Used Car department regarding repair orders.
• Follow up with the Used Car department when their special-order parts arrive.
• Follow up with clients about surveys.
• Transfer phone calls to make service appointments.
