Job summary

Genesis of Schererville is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role. You will engage affluent clients with a consultative approach, guiding them through Genesis vehicle options, pricing, and financing while delivering a first-class luxury experience.

You will demonstrate vehicles, educate buyers on Genesis benefits, and build lasting relationships that drive referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience serving or selling to high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality or premium retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently build relationships with new and existing customers by listening and asking questions.
• Grow knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and vehicle technology.
• Educate buyers on Genesis benefits and pricing options, service valet, and maintenance programs.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of vehicles for interested customers.
• Follow up with customers to establish lasting relationships and referrals.
• Overcome objections and adapt to various sales situations to improve appointments.
• Report to Sales Manager to set monthly and quarterly objectives and analyze performance.
• Meet and exceed dealership goals daily with a positive attitude.
