Qualifications

• Previous luxury automotive sales experience required.
• Proven success selling premium or luxury vehicles.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and CRM skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with high-expectation clients.
• Experience using automotive CRM systems and structured sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive follow-up.
• Professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a professional, personalized luxury sales experience.
• Identify needs and recommend vehicles matching preferences and budget.
• Demonstrate knowledge of features, technology, performance, and options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, purchase, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers via telephone, email, and CRM.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in dealership systems.
• Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed established monthly sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the INFINITI brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
