Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized luxury automotive sales experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of vehicle features, technology, performance, and options.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, purchase, and vehicle delivery.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers using phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in dealership systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the INFINITI brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
