Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive salesperson.
• Finance experience is a plus.
• Must pass a background test.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and high-energy attitude.

Responsibilities

• Establish personal goals aligned with dealership standards.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and describe benefits to customers.
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and explain warranties and services.
• Prospect and follow up daily with potential customers.
• Learn to overcome objections and guide lease/purchase negotiations.
• Follow dealership safety policies and procedures.
