Qualifications

• Has previous automotive sales or dealership experience.
• Understands the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Capable of handling showroom customers, internet leads, and phone opportunities.
• Maintains an active customer pipeline with follow-ups by phone, text, email, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
• Respond promptly to internet and phone leads.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
