You will conduct test drives, highlight features, and help customers find the right vehicle while maintaining an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Basic computer and CRM proficiency for data entry.
• Customer-focused with strong sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally in-person, online, and by phone.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives highlighting vehicle features and performance.
• Present pricing, financing, warranties, and promotions clearly.
• Coordinate with the finance team to finalize sales paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, incentives, and pricing.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Accurately enter customer and sales data into CRM and dealership software.
• Represent the dealership professionally and ethically.
