Massey Cadillac of Orlando is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to assist customers with vehicle purchases, provide information about available models, and deliver a positive buying experience. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our sales department.

Greet customers, conduct test drives, stay up-to-date on features and pricing, and guide clients through financing and trade-ins.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of automotive sales dealership experience.
• Cadillac or highline brand experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 2 years of success in commission-based sales within a client-focused, consultative environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build lasting client relationships through professionalism and personalized service.
• Consultative sales techniques, including needs assessment, tailored presentations, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on models to provide accurate information about vehicles.
