Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• At least 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of success in commission-based sales.
• Cadillac or high line brand experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening including background checks and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on features, specs, and pricing of models.
• Guide customers through sales process, financing options, and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a transparent manner.
• Follow up with customers after sale to ensure satisfaction.
