Job summary

Massey Cadillac of South Orlando, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a dynamic Salesperson to help customers find the right vehicle and maximize dealership sales. You will greet clients, present options, and guide test drives to close deals while delivering outstanding service.

The role offers a full-time schedule with Monday–Saturday availability and Sundays off, along with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training to grow your career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on dealership inventory, promotions, financing, and leasing programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experience.
