Fields Volvo Northfield is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join our sales team in Northfield, IL. No prior automotive dealership experience is required; we provide paid training and the opportunity to advance within Fields Auto Group.

You’ll learn Volvo vehicles, features, technology, and the sales process, and you’ll be encouraged to build strong customer relationships while working with a professional team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and make a strong first impression.
• Learn Volvo vehicles, features, technology, and safety systems.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features in clear terms.
• Help customers find the best vehicle for their needs.
• Assist Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
• Set up new vehicles and teach customers to use new tech.
• Follow up with customers and answer questions after visits.
• Work with a professional sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Build product knowledge and customer skills for advancement.
