Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is hiring a Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson for Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring in a high-volume Parts Department. You will assist customers and technicians with parts questions, communicate shipping estimates, and record transactions in the DMS.

This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and excellent customer service. Experience with Mercedes-Benz or luxury automotive parts is a plus, but a strong customer-service mindset and proficiency with Office and POS/DMS systems will help

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and internal teams with parts questions in person, via email and phone.
• Communicate estimated parts ship and arrival times and support technical parts questions.
• Record parts transactions and data into the Dealer Management System.
• Prioritize high-volume work and meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily metric goals.
