Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting Genesis parts and accessories.
• Place Genesis parts orders to maintain inventory.
• Monitor and manage Genesis parts inventory.
• Maintain knowledge of Genesis parts catalog and vehicle components.
• Provide price quotes for wholesale and retail.
• Track orders and communicate delays to customers and service departments.
• Maintain records of transactions and paperwork.
• Offer technical support to customers and service technicians.
