The GM will lead from the front, drive performance, ensure CSI excellence, and collaborate with lenders and manufacturer personnel to meet volume commitments and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong used car management skills.
• Track record of developing leaders.
• Must have superior results in a high-volume dealership.
• Excellent CSI history.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and motivate all department managers.
• Meet monthly/annual goals with managers and review performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and manufacturer personnel.
• Communicate policies and build morale among team members.
• Lead from the front lines and hold staff accountable for results.
• Other duties as determined by management.
