Qualifications

• Experience in a car dealership is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee office staff, including hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, terminating, etc.
• Oversee accounting functions and related information.
• Responsible for all aspects of the general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Understand payroll processes and related tax systems.
• Oversee vendor management and outsourcing.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filing.
• Inspect accounting records and schedules for efficiency and accuracy.
• Organize and update financial records.
• Perform various monthly reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors.
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
