You will collaborate with sales to structure compliant deals, present protection products, and maintain excellent lender relationships, all while delivering an outstanding client experience and pursuing ambitious monthly F&I goals.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of automotive Finance/F&I management experience.
• Deep knowledge of financing, leasing, and protection products.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Compliance-first mindset with sharp attention to detail.

• Partner with the sales team and clients to design financing and leasing solutions.
• Present protection products, extended service plans, and ancillary offerings with clarity.

• Deliver a seamless, high-touch closing experience that impresses clients.
