Job summary

AMCI Global, in partnership with Porsche Cars North America, operates the Porsche Experience Center (PEC) Atlanta. The Retail Store Sales Specialist supports the Retail Store Manager in store operations, visual merchandising and delivering an outstanding guest experience aligned with the PLX brand.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma.
Experience in retail, service or hospitality environment.
Experience in fashion industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide and maintain exceptional customer service.
As brand ambassador, convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.
Build relationships with clients.
Ensure the store is clean and in pristine condition in coordination with the PEC Facility team.
Must be able to use Point of Sale and Back Office systems (Erply POS, Erply Back Office SAP and Adyen).
Align with PLX brand standards and merchandise guidelines.
Set up Planograms and merchandise displays per guidelines.
