Job summary

The RealReal in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to support loss prevention, investigations, and security at our Authentication Center. The role focuses on protecting people, merchandise, and premises while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will manage daily security operations, conduct audits, assist with video reviews, and partner with leadership to uphold policies. Evening and weekend availability may be required; a professional appearance and strong customer service

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to write and communicate professionally.
Understanding of high-end retail and brands.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact between Asset Protection and employees.
Secure the main entrance and building as assigned.
Perform audits, shortage control, and investigations under leadership.
Assist with daily video reviews and high-value investigations.
Support off-site events and photo shoots as needed.
Communicate and execute security protocols such as bag checks and badge enforcement.
