Job summary

Kering is seeking an Architecture & Preservation intern in New York. You will report to the Vice President of Architecture & Preservation as part of a dynamic team, gaining a well-rounded overview of store planning in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining project archives, updating contracts with legal, collecting data for reports, and creating presentations for regional reviews and the BV Board.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable in CAD.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take initiative and perform tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Prior architectural work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store network project archives (update drawings and photo books).
• Liaise with legal dept. and update contracts/agreements (lease agreements, AIA, global suppliers).
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to Worldwide Store Planning & Finance by collecting update data.
• Create presentations for regional project reviews and BV Board.
