• 1 year of property maintenance experience minimum (2+ preferred).
• Proficient in general maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders within 24 hours when possible.
• Execute preventative maintenance plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Assist with groundskeeping and curb appeal as needed.
