Job summary

Becovic Management Group of Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our luxury Plainfield community. You will maintain the physical integrity of the property, respond to service requests, and prepare units for new residents, collaborating with the Property Director to keep the grounds and systems in top condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly, within 24 hours when possible.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more.
• Execute preventative maintenance plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and conduct unit inspections.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Assist with groundskeeping and curb appeal.
