Becovic Management Group of Indiana in Jacksonville is seeking a Maintenance Punch Technician to support a luxury apartment community. You will address resident work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and keep accurate records while ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes independent work within a team, with on-site duties and opportunities for advancement. A strong maintenance background and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience (2+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and systems diagnostics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders in a timely, customer-focused manner (within 24 hours when possible).
• Execute preventative maintenance plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Assist with groundskeeping and curb appeal.

Your Role: Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
