Simpson Housing LLLP, a premier real estate company in Dallas, TX, is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for a luxury 336-unit high-rise community near Victory Park. The role involves HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

The position requires 1+ years of maintenance experience, a CPO certification (can be obtained after hire), and on-call availability. We offer a robust benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and basic carpentry.
• CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire).
• CAMT certification preferred.
• Some MS Office experience (Word and Outlook).
• Strong customer service skills.
• On-call availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and preserving a multi-million dollar luxury community ensuring a quality living experience for residents.
• Identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools, and security systems.
• Assist residents with resolving various general maintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall).
• Help prepare vacant units for leasing per company specifications.
• Maintain strong curb appeal at the property.
