Job summary

H&H Lifestyles in the Golden Isles area seeks an Appliance Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences in our showroom. You combine product knowledge with consultative selling to guide customers through major home purchases, building lasting relationships with the community.

As a front-line brand ambassador, you will greet customers, conduct needs-based conversations across refrigeration, cooking, laundry, and luxury appliances, and present features and comparisons to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product specs across multiple brands.
• Willingness to work weekends in a commission environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations across appliance lines.
• Present features and help customers compare options.
• Provide in-home consultation for new construction/renovation.
• Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
