Bray & Scarff is seeking a Luxury Appliance Sales Consultant to join our retail team. You will work inside a showroom selling premium washers, dryers and luxury appliances, building relationships with customers and meeting sales goals.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, attention to detail, and a goal-driven attitude. Training pays during ramp-up, with total earnings potential of $80,000–$120,000 annually through commissions and base compensation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (appliances/electronics/auto/real estate).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals/objectives.
• Generate quotes/invoices.
• Meet and communicate with customers at each stage to close the sale and provide follow-up.
• Utilize and update CRM tools.
• Maintain store appearance standards.
