Job summary

Bray and Scarff is seeking a Luxury Appliance Sales Consultant to join our retail team in Germantown, MD. The role sits in the showroom environment, focusing on consultative selling of premium washers, dryers, and luxury appliances with a broad product assortment.

You will drive sales, manage customer relationships, and work toward targets while earning commissions. Training pay applies for the ramp-up period, with strong growth potential and work/home balance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (appliances, electronics, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.
• Previous experience with Retail Sales is preferred however, relevant sales experience will be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals/objectives set by the store.
• Generate quotes and invoices for customers.
• Meet and communicate with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale and provide follow-up.
• Utilize and update our CRM tools to manage prospects and customers.
• Maintain store appearance standards.
